Becca began shooting on a Hasselblad when she was 16, and eventually went to graduate school for both psychology and writing. Documentary filmmaking is where these three gifts collide.
Kristen’s projects span all mediums - from features to web series - and have received recognition at over fifty film festivals, including Sundance. She has earned many millions of views online.
Kaye is dedicated to telling stories that matter. She graduated from Emerson College in 2011 and has been editing ever since, most recently with Brave New Films. She looks for documentary projects that can change the world.
Joel is excited to be a part of the Vandiver team. He has worked with over 60 different businesses on a variety digital marketing campaigns. Joel holds a B.S. in Advertising and a Business Foundations Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. In his spare time, he loves running marathons, going hiking, attending music festivals, and dancing.
Caryn is drawn to deep, rich stories that foster inclusivity and celebrate diversity. Her degrees in Literary Studies and Emerging Media and Communication help her tailor these narratives for the current world.
Katie Johnston is an Alabama native turned Los Angeles local. When she's not promoting ideas and companies she believes in or writing communications to obtain press coverage and partnerships, you can find her traveling, happy-houring or just chasing the sunset.
Devin Fountain entered U.C Berkeley’s Film & Media program with a passion for storytelling. He graduated determined to use this passion to fight social injustices, leading him to the world of documentary.
Heather has dedicated her career to helping, healing, and hospitality. Three worlds that lend themselves well to fundraising and event planning. She joined the Vandiver team out of a desire to support important, impactful documentaries.

Jed has produced many films of significant social value. His films are critically acclaimed, widely distributed, and have earned awards from festivals, foundations, and anthropological organizations alike.
Sally earned a Master’s in Communication & Documentary Film from Stanford in 2004 and has been directing and editing since. Her documentary DEEP DOWN aired as part of an Emmy-winning season of Frontline on PBS. She is also a professor at Chapman University.
A community activist for over 15 years, Regina shifted to making critical media accessible as leader of campaigns for Brave New Films and Shella Films.
